1. 所有貨品不設退換。

3. 有關度身訂造道衣，各部位之尺寸經職員和顧客雙方確認後才傳達日本廠方生產，如顧客收取道衣後不滿意尺寸，恕不設退換。
Regarding tailor-made karate-gi, the measurement of each part must be confirmed by both the staff and the customer before being transferred to the Japanese factory. If the customer is not satisfied with the size after receiving the karate-gi, no return or exchange will be provided.

4. 如顧客收取貨品後發現商品有損壞 (不包括不正確使用 或 人為損壞)丶出現品質問題丶遺漏或錯誤送遞產品等情況，您可於收貨日期起計7天內電郵至 ( shureidohongkong@gmail.com ) 提出書面申請換貨，於主旨註明「商品換貨申請」，並提供有關之訂單編號、申請退換的商品名稱、照片及數量。

If after receiving the goods, the customer finds that the goods are damaged (excluding improper use or human damage), quality problems, missing or incorrectly delivered products, etc., you can email to ( shureidohongkong@gmail.com ) within 7 days from the date of receipt, submit a written application for exchange, indicate "Product Exchange Application" in the subject line, and provide the relevant order number, name, photo and quantity of the product requested to be returned or exchanged.

5. 申請退換的商品必須為：
The goods to be returned or exchanged must:
(a) 完整保留送貨時原有包裝紙箱/袋，並確保商品包裝處於交付予您時的狀態；
keep intact the original packaging cartons/bags when delivered, and ensure that the packaging of the goods is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you;

(b) 未經使用並處於原先出售的狀態，連包裝袋及盒；
Unused and in the condition in which it was sold, including bags and boxes;

(c) 退貨之單程運費由客人承擔；
The one-way shipping fee for return is borne by the customer;

(d) 或可直接將貨品帶到陳列室作更換（需預先通知我們）。
Alternatively, the goods may be brought directly to the showroom for replacement (advance notification is required).

6. 我們在收到顧客退回的原本貨品後，經確認貨品完整及未經使用後，退款方式如下︰

7. 商品換貨以一(1)次為限，並不接受任何換貨後的退換申請。
Product exchange is limited to one (1) time, and any return or exchange application after exchange will not be accepted.

8. 購買商品時已使用之優惠券將不予發還。
Coupons that have been used when purchasing goods will not be refunded.

9. 如果貨品在購買後降價，我們不會退補差價。
If the price of an item drops after purchase, we will not refund the price difference.

10. 守礼堂（香港）保留權利就處理不合理之退換貨，並保留最終決定權。
Shureido Hong Kong reserves the right to handle unreasonable returns and exchanges and reserves the right to make the final decision.
